VACANCY FOR THE POST OF SAMPLE ROOM PATTERN MAKING
1. Position: Sample Room Pattern Making
2. Experience: Should have 5 years working experience in relevant fields
3. Qualifications:
• Diploma or Degree in Pattern Making and Grading In Recognized University or Institute
• Should have proven track record of Pattern making and technical capability of executing fully constructive molding Knowledge and Sleep wear & intimates.
• Ability to develop tech packs and fit and preproduction samples approval knowledge.

10. Job Role :
• Identify the correct fit & construction requirement of a style & develop patterns, arrange cut kit for sampling, following up the Sample progress with sewing tech and send the samples to customer for fit review.
• Work with costing & grading teams to assure costing & ordering consumptions are up to date.
• Provide style leadership in technical aspects by working with IE, Sewing, Molding, R&D teams to ensure all construction are validated & risk is managed prior to passing to bulk
• Prepare, plot and digitize pattern, develop samples, evaluate the sample for fit, and ensure that technical parameters are approved for new design /concepts developed by design and product development team.
• Work with internal stakeholders in providing pattern-related technical inputs and achievement of functional KPIs
