Job Title: Academic Resource Administrator – English Genius Extraordinaire!

Department: Academic Resources

Location: Anywhere You Shine – Remote

Employment Type: Part-Time

Do you have a passion for English Literature and Language? Do you dream in metaphors and think in prose? We’re looking for a superstar Academic Resource Administrator who can craft engaging and curriculum-friendly weekly homework packs and study guides for students from Year 4 to GCSE. If you’re ready to make learning magical and help students ace their exams, this is your chance to shine!

What You’ll Be Doing (Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It):

1.Creating Awesome Resources:

Whip up weekly homework packs that are fun, challenging, and totally in sync with the National Curriculum.

Design jaw-dropping study guides for English Literature and Language that cover key skills, texts, and concepts.

Make sure every resource is as engaging as the latest bestseller (with a lot more learning involved).

2.Mastering the Curriculum Game:

Dive deep into the National Curriculum and exam board specs (AQA, Edexcel, OCR—we see you!).

Stay ahead of the game by keeping up with changes to syllabi, key texts, and exam trends.

Turn curriculum goals into exciting, student-friendly materials that actually make sense!

3.Keeping It Polished:

Proofread and edit like a literary ninja. Typos? Not on your watch!

Check every resource for accuracy, clarity, and that perfect dose of creativity.

4.Adding Flair and Fun:

Bring materials to life with creative touches like visuals, diagrams, and interactive elements.

Use your tech skills to make resources look sharp and professional (Google Docs, Canva, Microsoft Office—you’re in your element).

5.Listening and Learning:

Work closely with teachers and students to make sure your materials hit the mark.

Use feedback to tweak and level up your creations.

6.Organizing the Magic:

Keep all your materials sorted and ready to go in an easy-to-use repository.

Meet deadlines like the pro you are, delivering resources on time, every time.

What We’re Looking For (AKA Your Superpowers):

A degree in English, Education, or a related field (bonus points for postgrad wizardry).

Experience in teaching, resource creation, or curriculum development—basically, you know your stuff when it comes to English from Year 4 to GCSE.

A flair for writing, editing, and making boring things exciting.

Creativity to make resources that students will actually want to use.

Tech skills—Canva, Google Workspace, or anything that helps you craft stunning content.

What’s in It for You?

A competitive salary that reflects your brilliance.

Flexible working hours because life is more than 9 to 5.

The chance to make a real difference in students’ lives.

A supportive team that values your creativity and passion.
