Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager After Sales (Electrical Vehicles 2 Wheel and 3 Wheel sector) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for electric vehicles, a deep understanding of after-sales processes, and the ability to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service post-purchase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the after-sales operations for electric vehicles, ensuring that all service and warranty processes are followed.
• Lead and support the customer service team and dealers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with the service, parts, and technical teams to ensure the smooth handling of repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor service performance and KPIs, driving continuous improvements to meet company goals and customer expectations.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, EV technology, and customer service best practi

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in automobile, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in after-sales, preferably within the automotive or electric vehicle sector.
• Field experience (minimum of 3 years) in maintenance, service, repair and warranty preferably within the automotive or electric vehicle sector.
• Must be able to visit our dealer points, workshops and warehouses.
• Strong knowledge of electric vehicle systems and technology.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A passion for sustainable transportation and electric mobility.
• Must have a valid driver’s license (motor bike)
