Key Responsibilities:
- Market and Sell: Travel extensively within designated areas to market and sell our premium fire retardant and flooring products.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve Targets: Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations to showcase the superior quality and benefits of our products.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a sales agent.
- Confidence and Persuasion: Must be confident and persuasive, able to effectively pitch products to potential clients.
- Bike License: Candidates must possess a valid bike license
- Preferred Gender: Male candidates are preferred for this role.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Sinhala and English is required; Tamil is an advantage.
- Willingness to Travel: Must be willing to travel extensively within Sri Lanka.
