RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the installation of domestic solar PV systems, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
Coordinate and lead a team of technical staff, providing guidance and support in daily operations.
Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project plans, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to solar PV systems, both independently and through team collaboration.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to address technical inquiries and provide expertise during client interactions.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards in all aspects of solar PV system installation.
Ensure adhering to all Company policies and ISO process described by management.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
NAITA, VTC NVQ Level 3/4, Completed.
Completion of GCE A/L in Physical Science Stream.
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity.
Sound knowledge of electrical installations.
Hands-on experience in solar PV system installation, including wiring, mounting, and commissioning.
Effective communication skills to explain technical concepts to customers.
Ability to address customer inquiries, provide recommendations, and establish trust.
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
Proficiency in conducting site assessments to determine solar potential, and shading analysis.
