Overview
Execute PM and CM tasks as assigned including predictive maintenance, on-site installations, repairs,
maintenance, and modifications.
Conduct online monitoring, identify issues, develop corrective action plans and respond promptly to
emergency call-outs.
Supervise engineering/implementation works on-site, managing delivery processes, petty cash, and project
settlements.
Ensure compliance with safety precautions and PPE.
Take responsibility for all on-site activities, adhere to BOQ, and actively participate in site visits related to
sales.
Demonstrate a hands-on approach in project sites, combining technical expertise with efficient problemsolving and oversight of various maintenance and implementation tasks.
