Overview

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs, providing product recommendations, and handling inquiries professionally.
Store Operations: Manage all aspects of the showroom, including cashiering, stock management, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Store Displays: Create and maintain attractive and organized displays to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Promotions & Sales Growth: Develop and execute promotional ideas to drive in-store sales. Identify and implement opportunities to boost sales, such as special offers and seasonal campaigns.
B2B Sales Development: Proactively establish relationships with local businesses such as restaurants, hotels, and eateries to generate bulk orders and expand the customer base.
Reporting: Maintain daily sales records and provide regular reports on showroom performance, customer trends, and stock levels to the management.
Store Maintenance: Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role (e.g., store/showroom manager, retail sales executive) is essential.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent customer relationship and interpersonal skills to build lasting connections with customers and business clients.
Sales-Oriented Mindset: Strong ability to identify sales opportunities, negotiate deals, and close bulk orders.
Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage stocks, handle cash, and maintain accurate records efficiently.
Proactive Attitude: Self-starter with the initiative to identify and implement strategies for increasing sales and operational efficiency.
Technology Savvy: Familiarity with basic POS systems and inventory management tools is preferred.
