Overview
Requirements
Receive, log, and prioritize breakdown/service/inspections requests from customers.
Coordinate with the transport division to arrange vehicles for teams
Ensure timely resolution of breakdowns/service/inspection issues to minimize customer downtime.
Handle customer complaints and escalate critical issues with relevant stake holders.
Maintain proper filing of job-related documents (quotations, invoices, receipts).
Enter new customer details and update job records in the ERP system.
Coordinate with the servicing /breakdown/inspection divisions to address recurring complaints.
Preparation of daily, weekly & monthly reports for decision making.
General administration activities with related to staff attendance and benefits.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum GCE A/L qualification.
Diploma or equivalent in a related field (Mechanical/Electrical/Administration)would be an added advantage.
· Minimum 1 year in a similar role in Engineering/Administration Background
· Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, ERP systems, and report preparation.
· Strong communication (English & Sinhala/Tamil), problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
· Salary – Depends on Experience and Qualifications / Salary starting from Rs.60,000.00
· Working Days & time – Monday to Friday 8.30 a.m. – 5.30 p.m. Saturday Half Day 8.30 a.m. – 1.30 p.m.
· Working Type – Onsite.
