Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department
  • Assist with recruitment: job posting, CV screening, and interview scheduling
  • Help maintain and organize employee records and HR  databases
  • Support on boarding and orientation processes for new hires
  • Participate in planning staff training and engagement events
  • Handle general HR documentation and day-to-day coordination tasks
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all HR operations

Requirements:

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Human Resources Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office(Word,Excel,Power-Point)
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
