Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department
- Assist with recruitment: job posting, CV screening, and interview scheduling
- Help maintain and organize employee records and HR databases
- Support on boarding and orientation processes for new hires
- Participate in planning staff training and engagement events
- Handle general HR documentation and day-to-day coordination tasks
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all HR operations
Requirements:
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Human Resources Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office(Word,Excel,Power-Point)
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
