Overview

Responsibilities of this position:

  • Develop and grow new business opportunities in freight forwarding (Air, Sea, and
    Cross Trade, CHB).
  • Identify client needs and offer tailored logistics solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and
    retention.
  • Create and drive a sales plan strategy that successfully meets the monthly sales
    goals and initiatives.
  • Achieve sales targets and report regularly on sales pipeline and performance.
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service
    delivery.

Experience:

  • I Proven experience (2-3 years) in sales within the freight forwarding/logistics industry.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong understanding of international shipping, customs regulations, and logistics
    processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a hunter mindset.If Proficiency in CRM tools and MS
    Office.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
