Jaffna ( Basic salary is up to 80k + performance incentives)

 

Key Responsibilities:

oversee daily showroom operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Drive sales and achieve monthly revenue targets by identifying new customers and dealers.
Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock valuation with the accounts department, and manage visual merchandising.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide excellent service.
Develop and implement sales strategies to boost showroom performance.
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for timely stock replenishment.
Maintain accurate sales records and generate performance reports.
Handle all administrative tasks related to showroom operations.
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and brand standards.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Management, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail sales or showroom management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies.
Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
·         Salary – Depends on Experience and Qualifications / Salary starting from Rs.80,000

·         Working Days & time – Monday to Friday 8.30 a.m. – 5.30 p.m. Saturday Half Day 8.30 a.m. – 1.30 p.m.
