Requirements
• Lead and manage day – to – day operations of the branch
• Monitor financial performance and control branch expenses to maximize profitability
• Supervise and motivate branch staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer
satisfaction
• Build strong customer relationships and attract new clients to the branch
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Ensure the branch meets all company policies, procedures and compliance standards
Location -Ampara
Working days – Week day -8.00am -5.00pm / Saturday 8.00am -1.00pm
Qualifications
• Minimum of 02 year of experience in a branch management role or a similar leadership position
• Full/ Part qualification in Business management or a related field
• Proven track record of archiving sales and operational goals
• Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
