Key Responsibilities
🔷 Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar power systems
🔷 Respond to on-call service requests and address system failures efficiently
🔷 Ensure proper installation, wiring, and connectivity of solar panels, inverters, and other components
🔷 Maintain detailed records of system performance, issues, and repairs
🔷 Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate pricing for solar components and equipment
🔷 Stay informed on the latest solar technologies, regulations, and industry trends
🔷 Prepare weekly generation reports and monthly revenue reports
Requirements
✔️ Prior experience in solar system maintenance, installation, or a related technical field is preferred
✔️ Self-motivated and capable of working independently
✔️ Proficiency in MS Office and solar monitoring software is an advantage
✔️ Engineering degree is an added advantage
