Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Manager – Procurement and Logistics to oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, drive cost-efficiency, and lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop procurement strategies aligned with business goals
Lead vendor negotiations and supplier performance evaluations
Oversee inventory management and supply chain logistics
Ensure compliance with industry standards and timelines
Mentor and lead the procurement and logistics team

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business (Master’s preferred)
8+ years of experience in procurement and logistics
Prior experience in heavy engineering/manufacturing preferred
Strong ERP/software skills and analytical mindset
Excellent leadership and negotiation abilities
