Overview

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach pharmaceutical companies and related businesses to generate new sales opportunities.
Promote and sell plastic/glass bottles designed for pharmaceutical packaging.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activity.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and sales deals to maximize profitability.
Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, and customer service) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Requirements:
Proven experience in pharmaceutical bottle sales or packaging industry (minimum 2 years).
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical packaging requirements and regulations.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and market expansion.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree / diploma in business, marketing, pharmacy, or a related field.
Previous experience working with pharmaceutical packaging companies
