JOB PROFILE
- Liaise with the technical team by managing & and coordinating client schedules, technical movements,
and relevant information. - Handling help desk line to ensure attending to all customer queries and to provide excellent customer
support - Responsible for supplier registration and related tasks promptly.
- Preparation of quotations, and tenders and maintaining relevant documentation.
- Raising sales orders and coordinating supplier invoices for direct orders
- Attending and performing ad hoc duties as and when required
- Providing reports to the management by assuring the accuracy of all records.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree or diploma in business administration or any other relevant field.
- Should have 01-year experience in a similar capacity preferably in the IT sector.
- Should possess a good command of Sinhala & and English communication skills
- Should have excellent interpersonal & and customer care skills with a positive attitude.
- Should be a self-organized individual who can work with a minimum supervisor.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages is a must.
