JOB PROFILE

  • Liaise with the technical team by managing & and coordinating client schedules, technical movements,
    and relevant information.
  • Handling help desk line to ensure attending to all customer queries and to provide excellent customer
    support
  • Responsible for supplier registration and related tasks promptly.
  • Preparation of quotations, and tenders and maintaining relevant documentation.
  • Raising sales orders and coordinating supplier invoices for direct orders
  • Attending and performing ad hoc duties as and when required
  • Providing reports to the management by assuring the accuracy of all records.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Degree or diploma in business administration or any other relevant field.
  • Should have 01-year experience in a similar capacity preferably in the IT sector.
  • Should possess a good command of Sinhala & and English communication skills
  • Should have excellent interpersonal & and customer care skills with a positive attitude.
  • Should be a self-organized individual who can work with a minimum supervisor.
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages is a must.
