Job Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, payables, receivables, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare financial statements, management reports, and cash-flow analyses on a regular basis.
Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing activities.
Monitor and reconcile project-related expenses and ensure compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors and support tax and statutory reporting requirements.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control activities to support management decisions.
Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3–5 years of proven experience in accounting, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
Strong working knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, or similar) and advanced MS Excel skills.
Sound understanding of financial reporting, tax compliance, and auditing procedures.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Professional qualifications such as AAT/Partly qualified CA/CIMA/ACCA will be an added advantage.
