Duties

– Respond to customer inquiries regarding banking products and services.

– Assist customers with account-related issues

– Handle complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.

– Inform customers about new banking products, services, and promotions.

– Verify customer identities

– Maintain accurate records

 

Qualification

– Both Male and Females can apply

– Passed GCE O/Ls & A/Ls

– Should have ability to work in Colombo

– Fair knowledge in Speaking In English, and Tamil would be added qualification

– School leavers can apply
