Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Construction Site Engineer specializing in interior works and fit-outs. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing and executing high-quality interior fit-out projects, ensuring all works align with design specifications, timelines, and budgets. The role involves coordinating with designers, contractors, and clients to deliver exceptional interior spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the execution of interior fit-out works on construction sites, ensuring project quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
• Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and contractors to implement approved designs and layouts.
• Monitor and control project progress, ensuring smooth workflow and identifying any potential delays or issues.
• Supervise on-site teams, including subcontractors and labor, to ensure all work is completed to specification.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards, local building regulations, and industry best practices.
• Manage procurement, scheduling, and material coordination for the timely delivery of all project components.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in interior fit-outs or building interior works.
• Strong technical knowledge of interior construction, materials, and methods.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders.
