As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring a positive experience with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about our insurance products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Process policy applications, claims, and renewals.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and their needs are met.
  • Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Executive or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
