Overview

The Guest Relation Officer (GRO) is responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for guests.

Guest Services:

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional first impression.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Address and resolve guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Handle special requests such as reservations, transportation, and room upgrades.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English is must.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of hotel management software is an advantage.
