Overview
The Guest Relation Officer (GRO) is responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for guests.
Guest Services:
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional first impression.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Address and resolve guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle special requests such as reservations, transportation, and room upgrades.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English is must.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of hotel management software is an advantage.
