Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR Intern to assist with documentation and administrative tasks within the Human Resources department.
Responsibilities:
✅ Assist in maintaining and organizing employee records (both physical and digital).
✅ Update and ensure accuracy of HR files, including contracts, performance appraisals, and attendance records.
✅ Support the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents
✅ Help in the audit process by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
✅ Manage data entry tasks in HR systems.
✅ Assist in the documentation required for onboarding new employees.
Qualifications:
✅ should be able to work in Kiribathgoda area
✅ School leavers who is willing to pursue career in HR Field
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
