Key Responsibilities:
– Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.
– Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
– Maintain and update employee records and HR systems.
– Support performance management processes and employee relations activities.
– Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Minimum of 5 years experience in HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, etc.).
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Familiarity with HR software and tools.
– Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
