PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS
- BSc (Hons) in Facilities Management with 1 year experience/ BTech Civil or Electrical Engineering with minimum 2 years of experience/ NDT, HNDE,KDU or equivalent academic qualification with 3 years’ experiences in facilities management industry, overlooking bulk profiles will be an added qualification.
- Experience in TPM, preventive and proactive maintenance best practices
- An outgoing personality with good people management skills communication skill with branch operation team
Should be a result oriented good team player who can work in a highly dynamic & demanding environment in branch operation island wide - Proficiency in data analytics through ERP system and problem solving
- Proficiency in computer skills (Office/ ERP/ CAD/ etc) and BOQ preparations
KEY ACCOUNTABILITES
- Attend all the maintenance related issues raised through ERP system and proper prioritization, delegation and complete the relevant issue within short time of period with desired quality
- Attend each branch located island wide during pre-defined frequency and identify and sorted out the risk factors and maintenance related issues proactively.
- Prepare BOQs, Drawings and Layouts of the new requirements raised from operational team and properly communicate the relevant data with team members while promptly analyse cause of breakdown and provide swift solutions
Ensure the safety, quality and delivery time of each job assign by the management
