Join our dynamic construction team for a quantity survey! We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to support our QS Department.

Location : Colombo 02

Job Duties

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment required for interior design projects.
  • Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and recommend cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
  • Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure terms align with project requirements.
  • Prepare regular progress reports, financial forecasts, and variance analyses for stakeholders.

Qualification

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction or interior design industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
