Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive, including managing schedules, meetings, and correspondence.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive documents and communications.
  • Organize meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence

Requirements:

  • Previous 1-year experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
