Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to plan, manage, and execute events while ensuring a seamless experience for international clients. The ideal candidate must have strong English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with foreign clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate events such as corporate conferences, exhibitions, business meetings, and special occasions for international clients.
• Communicate effectively with foreign clients to understand their event requirements and expectations.
• Negotiate and liaise with international vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Supervise on-site event execution, ensuring all activities run smoothly and addressing any last-minute issues.
• Stay updated with global event trends to bring innovative ideas to enhance client experiences.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Female candidate only
• Academic background in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is a must to interact with foreign clients.
• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role will be added value
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills for dealing with international clients and vendors.
