Overview
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Program Representation: Serve as a representative for the loyalty program and the organization within the
hotel environment.
• Membership Enrollment: Take charge of enrolling walk-in guests and other guests into the membership
program.
• Lead Generation: Gather information from hotels about potential members and reach out to them for
possible enrollment.
• Member Engagement: Build relationships with members visiting the hotels to foster a sense of community
and loyalty thereby ensuring member retention and promoting membership enrolment referrals.
• Coordination and Support: Work with hotel teams to facilitate reservations and respond to guest requests,
ensuring a seamless experience.
• Technology Proficiency: Acquire a thorough understanding of the front-end technology, such as apps and
websites, help our guests and provide ongoing support to hotel teams.
• Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of all company-related information.
DESIRED CANDIDATE:
• Graduates with a minimum of one year of work experience. Experience in luxury retail, hotel sales,
timeshare industry, banquets, EdTech or travel sales with direct customer interaction is highly desirable.
• Should be self-motivated, smart, and confident with outstanding presentation skills. Candidates must be
willing to work on rosters, including weekends.
