Key Duties and Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound call professionally
What you expect,
Good communication skills – English and Sinhala
Fluency in Tamil is an added advantage.
Minimum Academic Qualifications – Ordinary Level.
Computer Literacy (MS office package).
Ability to work on roster/shift basis.
Female : Mor 7.00 am To eve 7.00 pm
Male : eve 7.00 pm To Mor 7.00 am roster/shift basis.7 days
