Job Title: Bar and Beverage Supervisor
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Bar and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at the newly opened Restaurant and Bar at Grand Rovinka Hotel . As a Bar and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting with overseeing the Food and Beverage in the Restaurant and Bar.
Responsibilities:
– Help manage liquor inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
– Assist in placing orders for liquor, ensuring that stock levels are maintained according to the demands of the business.
– Possess bartending skills to actively participate in service as needed, providing support to the bar team.
-Maintain a thorough knowledge of cocktails and spirits and be able to educate and train staff on product offerings and proper serving techniques.
-Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement beverage strategies that enhance guest experience and profitability.
-Ensure compliance with all state liquor laws and regulations.
Additional responsibilities include serving, bussing tables, seating guests, as well as assisting Managers with scheduling, training, ensuring compliance with state laws as well as all operating procedures.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in beverage supervisory role or similar position within the hospitality industry.
– Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar operations.
– Attention to detail and ability to work independently
– Ability to work flexible hours and be on-call for emergencies
-Service oriented style with professional presentation skills
-Must have excellent organizational and administrative skills
-Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
