Position Overview:
Join our team as a Hotel Manager at our charming establishment featuring 21 cozy rooms, a vibrant rooftop restaurant, and a bustling 24-hour restaurant and bar. We are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee the overall operations of the hotel, including administration of staff, cost management, revenue optimization, room cleanliness, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
– Manage day-to-day operations of the hotel
– Supervise and motivate staff members
– Control costs and maximize revenue
– Ensure rooms are well-maintained and clean
– Address and resolve customer complaints promptly
Compensation:
– Salary: Rs 75,000 per month
– Benefits: Food and lodging provided in manager quarters
– Salary increment potential based on revenue growth
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in hotel management
– Strong leadership and communication skills
