Job Title: Admin & Accounts Assistant
Location: Nawala, Sri Lanka
Position Type: Full-Time (5 day work week from 9 am – 5 pm)
Salary: LKR 40,000 – 50,000

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to management and departments.
  • Maintain and update office records.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Assist with inventory tracking and order processing.
  • Handle communication with clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative & Accounts Assistant.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Sinhala.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A passion for skincare and sustainability is a plus.
