Havelock Asia Realtors is looking for motivated Third-Party Real Estate Sales Agents to connect potential buyers and renters with high-end properties in Colombo.
🔹 Role & Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential buyers and rental clients.
Promote luxury apartments and villas to interested prospects.
Coordinate property viewings and facilitate negotiations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for future referrals.
💰 Compensation:
Sales: 50% of the 3% commission from a property sale.
Rentals: 50% of the monthly rental advance from a lease.
