Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
Support workforce planning and performance management initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
Requirements:
A minimum of 4 years of hands-on HR experience in freight forwarding and warehousing.
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
