Overview

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and goals.
• Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide expert advice and information about our products.
• Maintain showroom appearance and product displays.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and events.
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies.
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in the tile showroom industry.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
