Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all statutory financial reporting functions for the Company and its subsidiaries.
Manage tax planning, taxation, payments, and coordinate with tax authorities and consultants.
Liaise with financial institutions and handle fund management and treasury functions, including debtors’ management, working capital management, and maximizing investment returns.
Provide management reporting and timely dissemination of information to senior management for critical decision-making.
Implement robust financial systems, controls, and standard operating practices.
Supervise and manage the finance team under the selected candidate’s purview.

Qualifications and Experience:

Full qualification in ACCA/ACA.
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in a reputed audit firm and 4 years of experience in a reputed mercantile company/MNC.
Experience in the pharmaceutical sector would be an added advantage.
Proficiency in a fully computerized environment and exposure to SAP.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
