Overview

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Collaborate with management to develop strategic financial plans.
Lead financial audits and liaise with external auditors.
Implement cost-control measures and financial risk management strategies.
Supervise and mentor the finance team to ensure smooth financial operations.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Professional qualifications such as CA/ACCA/CIMA will be an advantage.
5-6 years of experience in finance management within the engineering or manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and accounting principles.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
