About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the daily operations of our healthcare facility in Rajagiriya. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, operational efficiency, and delivering excellent service in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
Coordinate with medical, administrative, and support staff to achieve organizational goals.
Monitor budgets, resource allocation, and ensure cost-effective operations.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
Lead, mentor, and train team members to maintain high-performance standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
3–4 years of proven experience in the healthcare sector, preferably in a managerial role.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry operations and regulations.
Proficiency in operational tools and software.
