Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures specific to the coconut industry.
Oversee the entire QA process, from raw material inspection to final product testing.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Collaborate with production and R&D teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Train and supervise QA staff, ensuring adherence to quality protocols.
Analyze quality data and prepare reports for senior management.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve QA processes.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience as a QA Manager in the coconut industry.
In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in QA software and Microsoft Office Suite.
