Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and profitability
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and exceed customer expectations
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead
Ensure efficient after-sales service to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in vehicle sales management
Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive a team towards success
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
