Overview

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective international student recruitment strategies.
• Manage the recruitment team and provide guidance and support to achieve enrollment targets.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with international partners, agents, and educational institutions.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in international student recruitment.
• Plan and participate in international recruitment events, fairs, and school visits.
• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns to enhance recruitment efforts.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies related to international student admissions.
• Analyze recruitment data and prepare reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to enhance the overall student experience.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in International Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in international student recruitment or a related field.
• Strong understanding of international education systems and student mobility trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and social media strategies.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
