Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors.
Identify market trends and generate leads within the hardware and interior sectors.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
Monitor competitors’ activities and propose effective counter-strategies.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on sales experience in the hardware, architectural, or interior industries.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong network within the industry is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
