Overview

Key Responsibilities:
• Installation and Maintenance: Install, inspect, maintain, and repair solar power systems, including photovoltaic (PV) panels, inverters, and other components.
• System Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix issues with solar power systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with solar power solutions.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during all installations and maintenance activities.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of installations, maintenance activities, and system performance.
• Technical Support: Offer technical support and guidance to junior technicians and apprentices.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in the solar power industry.
• Education: Diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• Skills:
o Proficient in the installation and maintenance of PV panels and inverters.
o Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
o Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
o Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical Ability: Capable of working at heights and in various weather conditions.
• License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
