FINANCE ASSISTANT

Job Profile

Our company requires male candidates for the above position(s) on permanent basis. The selected candidate will be based at our factory in Himbutana and would need to carryout production finance related operations such as to oversee working progress and gather production data, prepare wastage reports and, prepare job costing etc.

Candidate Profile

–        Ability to take responsibility for the work carried out in the department.

–        Maintain high level of accuracy and consistency of the duties performed.

–        Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

–        Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.

–        Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

–        Strong organizational and time-management skills.

–        Ability to work in a factory environment.

–        Possess self-discipline to adhere with company leave policy.

–        Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with all information and correspondence.

–        In the age group of 23 to 40 years.

Education and Qualifications

–        Should possess preliminary qualifications in AAT, ICASL or equivalent.

–        Previous experience in a similar role within production, finance, or inventory management.

–        Above average knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Email.

–        Fair knowledge and experience in working on an ERP system (Accounting Software) is a pre-requisite.

–        Good communication skills both in English and Sinhala.
