Overview
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior BIM Modeler to
join our team on a project basis. The ideal candidate should have proven
expertise in BIM modeling across various disciplines, strong team management
capabilities, and a solid understanding of industry-leading software.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years of proven experience in BIM modeling
Software Expertise:
– Revit* (Architectural, Structural, and MEP Modeling up to LOD 500).
– Parametric Family Creation, Model Coordination, and Sheet Preparation. - Additional Software Skills (Preferred):
– Navisworks, AutoCAD, ReCap Pro, ENSCAPE. - Team Management: Ability to manage a team, assign tasks, communicate effectively,
and ensure quality control. - Age Range:* 28-40 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and coordinating BIM modeling projects.
- Creating and managing high-quality Revit models across disciplines.
- Coordinating with the team to ensure timely project delivery and maintaining quality standards.
- Preparing detailed sheets and model deliverables up to LOD 500.
- Overseeing model coordination and resolving clashes.
- Ensuring communication and collaboration with clients and project teams.
