Overview

Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and competitor insights.
Analyze target audiences to understand their needs and preferences.
Client Relationship Management:

Assist in identifying and engaging potential clients, partners, and sponsors for collaborations.
Maintain relationships with current stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.
Sales & Lead Generation:

Support the development and execution of strategies to generate leads and drive enrollments.
Participate in pitching sessions, negotiations, and closing deals with prospective clients.
Strategic Planning:

Work with the Business Development Manager to develop and execute business expansion plans.
Contribute creative ideas to refine sales processes and marketing strategies.
Operational Support:

Help manage CRM tools, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records of business development efforts.
Provide detailed reports on performance metrics and business development outcomes.

 

Qualifications & Skills
Essential:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
Preferred:
Familiarity with the education sector or startup ecosystem.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., SEO, social media platforms).
Experience in lead generation, sales, or client engagement is a plus.
