Overview:
As a Business Development Intern in Sales and Marketing, you will assist in identifying growth opportunities, generating leads, supporting marketing campaigns, and helping the sales team convert prospects into customers. This internship provides hands-on experience in business strategy, customer engagement, and market research.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support:
· Identify and reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and networking.
· Assist the sales team in lead generation and follow-ups.
· Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) databases.
· Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
2. Marketing Assistance:
· Help create and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO).
· Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor trends.
· Support content creation (blog posts, social media posts, advertisements).
· Assist in planning and promoting events, workshops, and webinars.
3. Business Development Strategy:
· Research new market opportunities and partnerships.
· Analyze sales and marketing performance metrics and suggest improvements.
· Assist in developing business proposals and presentations for clients.
· Support product/service positioning and pricing strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM tools (optional).
· Creativity and problem-solving mindset.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
