Overview:
As a Full-Stack Marketing Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in multiple areas of marketing, including digital marketing, content creation, social media, SEO, email campaigns, analytics, and growth hacking. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and apply a diverse set of marketing skills to drive brand awareness and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing & Advertising
· Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
· Monitor and optimize ad performance using analytics tools.
· Conduct keyword research and assist with SEO strategies to improve website rankings.
2. Content Creation & Social Media Management
· Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (posts, reels, stories, videos, blogs).
· Assist in graphic design and video editing for marketing materials.
· Research trends and suggest viral marketing ideas.
3. Email Marketing & Lead Generation
· Support in building email campaigns, newsletters, and automation workflows.
· Optimize email copy and templates for better engagement.
· Help segment audiences and track performance metrics.
4. Data Analysis & Growth Strategies
· Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools to track campaign performance.
· Generate reports on KPIs (click-through rates, conversion rates, engagement, etc.).
· Identify opportunities for A/B testing and conversion optimization.
5. Marketing Automation & CRM
· Learn and assist in using marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
· Manage and update CRM databases for lead tracking.
· Support the sales team in integrating marketing efforts with customer outreach.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Strong interest in digital marketing, analytics, and content creation.
· Basic knowledge of SEO, social media, email marketing, and PPC ads.
· Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Meta Ads (preferred but not required).
· Good communication, creativity, and analytical thinking.
· Willingness to learn new tools and stay updated with industry trends.
