As a Student Counselor (Sales) Intern, you will play a key role in guiding potential students through the enrollment process by providing information about courses, addressing inquiries, and assisting with admissions. This role is a blend of sales, customer service, and career guidance, making it ideal for someone interested in education, communication, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Student Counseling & Lead Conversion
· Engage with potential students and parents via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
· Provide detailed information about courses, admission requirements, and career prospects.
· Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs.
· Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into enrollments.
2. Admissions & Enrollment Support
· Guide students through the application and enrollment process.
· Assist in filling out admission forms and collecting necessary documents.
· Maintain an up-to-date record of leads and student data in CRM software.
3. Sales & Target Achievement
· Work towards achieving monthly enrollment targets.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to execute student recruitment campaigns.
· Attend educational fairs, webinars, and promotional events to generate leads.
4. Customer Relationship Management
· Build strong relationships with students and parents by addressing concerns and providing guidance.
· Gather feedback from students to improve the counseling and enrollment process.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Passion for helping students choose the right educational path.
· Basic knowledge of sales, customer service, or marketing (preferred).
· Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM tools (preferred but not required).
