Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Client Service Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships while implementing effective marketing strategies to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong, long-term relationships.
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with clients.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify client preferences, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Communication: Create and deliver engaging presentations, proposals, and reports to clients, showcasing our services and value propositions.
  • Client Feedback: Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive service excellence.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and participate in client events, webinars, and workshops to enhance client engagement and promote services.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and client satisfaction metrics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing efforts with client needs and company objectives.
  • Social Media: Posting ads on social media.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Optional).
  • Proven experience in client service, marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
